Check the Canon printer and PC connection
Your Canon printer won’t work when the printer is not connected to the PC. You can connect the Canon printer to the computer using the cable as well as the Wi-Fi. When you have connected the Canon printer via the cable, then inspect your cable. Check the ends for any kinks. Now check the cable for cuts. If your cable seems damaged, then you should use a new cable for the Canon printer. When your cable seems good, then try to connect another device with the cable.
