Troubleshooting Canon printer error:

Check the Canon printer and PC connection

Your Canon printer won’t work when the printer is not connected to the PC. You can connect the Canon printer to the computer using the cable as well as the Wi-Fi. When you have connected the Canon printer via the cable, then inspect your cable. Check the ends for any kinks. Now check the cable for cuts. If your cable seems damaged, then you should use a new cable for the Canon printer. When your cable seems good, then try to connect another device with the cable. If the cable is working, then your Canon is showing an error due to other reasons. If the user has connected the printer with a PC using Wi-Fi, inspect the connection on both devices. Scan the computer for malware

Inspect the printhead of your Canon printer

Refill the ink cartridge

Check the printer fuser
