PENTAGON APPROVES FIGHTER JETS
This year the Valdez May Day Fly-In -  May Air Show

will feature a fighter jet fly-over. "The pentagon had to approve the request to have Eielson Air Force Base fighters participate in the Fly In and they just gave us the approval", said Alene Maag. The Fly In is May 8th, 9th & 10th and Maag said many favorites will be back, but check the schedule for exact dates and times

Fishing's Coming Up     

These Guests in August of 2008 caught their limit in a morning's fishing in a small boat - Just outside the bay! Twelve good looking Silver Salmon! Thanks for sharing the photo, Jake!

They cleaned their fish down by the boat harbor on stainless trays provided by City of Valdez, then Packed them in coolers on ice to take back home.  We also have a company, Easy Freeze, which will flash freeze and package fish to FedX to your home

Dad's like to fish with their kids, too  :)
