as it is used in manufacturing, & at the end of 2003 EPA removed all limits / regs ... on how much industry can put into the air ... and what is happening to the polar bears ... litter size & slow development ... is what this chemical does to the health of our people ... that and a lot more.

(Maybe we could set up fake zoo type islands with net all around that our polar bears could rest on, and maybe supply some of our millions of salmon for food.  They may like seals, but other bears eat salmon)
