Diann has always been good to work with regarding costs and they are typically flexible and willing to work with their clients to find their housing solutions. In reference to Ron and Diann Hursh:
My husband and I came to Valdez from the East coast in February of 2006, stumbling upon Hursh Realty on the internet during a Google search for rentals in Valdez. Diann was welcoming and helpful in her emails, and continued to be so before and after we signed a year lease on a 3 bed room, two bath room, in-town mobile home. The place was comfortable and had sheets, towels, dishes, even a microwave and toaster; in short, just what new transplants in town needed.
Ron and Diann were very accommodating and responded to our needs. Whenever anything needed attention during our tenancy, Ron came out and took care of us right away. Upgrades to the stove, oven, and tub were made during our stay, which was really nice. He and Diann respected our privacy, calling to ask for permission prior to entering our mobile, each time. We were happy to renew our lease and stayed there until November of 2008. In fact, the only reason we eventually moved on was because our family expanded and we needed more space. We left the place in good shape, cleaned up after ourselves, and were responsible tenants, and as such, received our full deposit back within the month.
I have sent friends to Diann and Ron, and will continue to do so, when asked if I can recommend a rental.

To Whom It May Concern:
We just wanted to inform you that over our three years of being tenants Ron and Dianne Hursh have been fantastic landlords and most kind. The building and apartment were well cared for and completely furnished right down to forks and knives, which was a life saver as we had none of that when we arrived.
I would recommend renting from them and even though I did not stay at the Bed & Breakfast if it is the same as their apartment I would say it would also be most comfortable.
Thank you Ron and Dianne for being good landlords.

| We rented from Diann and Ron Hursh for 1
year and had a clean and neat apt. They took care of repairs very
fast and without any issues. We had all the privacy we needed and
were not bothered at all. Other tenants were quiet and friendly.

refund. Although our stay was shorter than originally planned your warmth and hospitality made our stay worth while. We would recommend your rentals to any one working like myself or someone just traveling through. We found your place to be clean and comfortable and reasonably priced to the surrounding area.
