Effective September, 2010 there will be an additional rent owing for any pets at $25/ per pet per month

No new pets can be added without approval and additional pet deposit, if so approved;

and there will be an increase in rent, as well at not less than $25 for any pet; and $35 for large pets..

It is preferred to have no pets in any units; or in mobiles, only existing pets with references & pet addendum signed; conditionally approved
