Day use guidelines - Registration

Minimum non refundable deposit of $50 for those who plan to do a lot of cooking, (Uses additional utilities) & extra oven/range/fridge cleaning is to be expected

it assists with oven/ range cleaning and hauling of trash, minimum damages, sanitation of carpets

We still expect any kitchen use of pots/pans/oven/microwave/dishes to be clean as received

All renters must be aware of NO inside smoking; no pets.

If TV is present or added, there is a $25 start up fee and $3 per day of internet costs and $5 - $8 per day of basic TV

Basic short term apartment Rent Aug through Sept 7 at $110 per day

Rate of $79.50 per day up to 2 bedroom use + $15 per add on single person

Through October, 2011

3 bedroom use up to 4 persons:  $75/bedroom/day
