Rental Application Processing fee of $50 is non refundable, to be applied towards rent upon approval, or forfeited if rental is approved & not taken

Should you wish a lease starting in sprint/summer a prepaid last month’s rent is required, to be forfeited towards higher rent during term so taken, if full lease is not honored.

Just take care of your rental as your 'home' and you will have a good experience!

We give you your privacy; however, for company 'summer only' rentals, should employees not take out trash and it would be piling up, we give notice prior to move-in that for health/safety reasons we would take out the trash in such instances

If we knew this is how occupants of a company would treat the unit, we wouldn't rent to them in the first place.
