Monroe prison gets 'green' certification
MONROE -- Criminals in solitary confinement at Monroe Correctional Complex will be using low-energy lights to read by and collected rainwater to flush their toilets.

Getting a 'Green' Certification is a step in the right direction. I strongly encourage the Prisons in our Nation to stop having inmates use Simple Green as it contains 6% 2-butoxyethanol. This is the chemical that I believe caused the 'gulf war syndrome' and the harm to Civilians with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFIDS actually) ... and the primary harm to the health of the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers.

If you hope to stop violent and anti-social reactions of prisoners ... depression ... suicidal tendencies, don't poison them with 2-butoxyethanol in ANY product.

Exxon has won the appeal to be heard by the US Supreme Court ... to not have to pay punitive damages now reduced to 2.5 billion & then would go to the World Court, per CEO exec ... if they do not like the conclusion there. Who does Exxon think the common criminal is, anyway?
