Could prenatal vitamins be health hazardous?

Why do you have to have a prescription for them?

Why does the label say it can turn urine dark? (one sign of hemolytic anemia) *

Does it have anything to do with HELLP syndrome of which part of it would be hemolytic anemia,
high liver counts, low platelets?

Govt says this is showing up in only population of new moms or soon to be new moms

Studies have been inconclusive. (For exposure to glycol ether with butyl also ask the study groups if they start to have short term memory loss or autoimmune issues showing up)

Is there any butyl in this or any type of glycol ether?
