| Roger of Roger's Snow Removal will
again be plowing across our parking areas front and back
whenever snow depth reaches 8." Snow build up can also come
quickly when the roofs shed their heavy loads. His schedule may vary, but arrival is usually by early afternoon. Whenever possible, we ask renters to be 'listening" for Roger's arrival and have their vehicles moved. Temporary street parking is acceptable, although watch for City street snow plowing - which usually is done before noon. Please coordinate with someone to move your vehicle should you be unavailable. WARNING: Park your vehicle/vehicles several feet back from the 4-plex to protect them from damage due to heavy roof snowfall. Thanks for your cooperation
