Not just 'diabetes' but Metabolic Syndrome - Autoimmune Metabolic issues

"As a baby boomer with teratogen effects of poisoning of my dad during WWII ... I have adult onset diabetes, and other autoimmune metabolic issues.  My eyesight went from better than 20/20 ... to having difficulty reading the top line on the Driver's license chart.  In fact I now have a stigmatism (A late to show up 'birth defect')"

I had no problems with blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides until about this same time:  in my 50's and I was born in 1945.

I don't agree with meds that affect the liver, because I believe the chemical that is the cause of these will some day target my liver, and I don't want to give it a head start...

Blood pressure is also a part of this; but mine chose to go on the low side instead of the high side:  121/63  Well that's probably not so great, because I only have 3 of the 4 heartbeats.  What does EGBE do? - Actually would be 161/84 if I had all 4 heartbeats & we were comparing 'apples with apples'  or is it still a good gauge of blood pressure?

Blood Sugar was 297 last time it was checked (fasting)
    Good cholesterol is too low
Bad cholesterol & triglycerides are in the 300 range

Weight is 20 lbs less than it was holding for several years in a row.  I always seem to have 'belly fat'  My weight is 195 and I am 5' 7" tall.

I just say I have 'the creeping crud'
I don't have THE FATIGUE, but I bet my dad did
