Can I share?
says Kathy ....
I'm a mom of 4 kids. I've never
had trouble conceiving.
I decided to become a surrogate
in the summer of 02. I went
through all the testing and
found intended parents to work
with. I had 3 transfers for
them. Transfer #2 took, but I
miscarried twins at 6w5d.
After the 3rd transfer they
decided to seek adoption.
On
to my single IM. We transferred
2x. #2 took and the baby never
got a HB so we had to terminate
the pregnancy.
On
to couple number 3.... *sigh*
They are friends of mine...Young
so I thought I wouldn't have a
problem carrying for them. We
transferred in January and got a
BFP 6 days after transfer. We
were so excited to see the HB.
We were scheduled for Valentines
day. My BF and I went to
Monterey for the weekend. When
we got home we took a nap. I
woke up to go to the bathroom
and there was blood. Of course I
freaked out.
By
the AM I knew the babies were
gone. (We felt from the
beginning it was twins) We went
to our u/s just on the outside
chance they were okay.
Unfortunately and very sadly
they were gone. I cried so
hard....
I
ended up having to have a D&C
because I wasn't bleeding
enough. My friends came over the
day after the D&C to tell me
they were not going to
continue....
I am heartbroken over the
babies I've lost.
I know they weren't 'mine'
But it still hurts me.
I am getting a tattoo to
commemorate the babies I've
lost. I'm getting the pregnancy
and infant loss ribbon with a
butterfly on the top of the
ribbon....

Thank you for
sharing - Maybe
a chemical
exposure
I
don't
understand
all
the
abbreviations
and
what
they
mean,
but
I'll
look
into
it
more,
and
I
thank
you
for
your
generosity.
I
would
suggest
that
the
reason
some
people
have
trouble
having
a
child
is
that
one
or
both
of
the
'would
be
parents'
have
been
harmed
by
the
n-butyl
ether
chemicals.
So,
they
are
infertile;
or
they
have
trouble
carrying
a
child
to
term
A

shared
with
me
that
the
children
they
tried
to
have
were
born
so
prematurely
that
they
could
not
survive.
I
suggest
that
this
is
the
chemical
that
causes
many
autoimmune
things
including
spontaneous
infertility.
It
can
also
cause
many
birth
defects
because
it
is a
teratogen
(harms
the
developing
fetus).
It
may
be
that
what
has
happened
here
is
the
harm
of
this
chemical.
Not
your
fault
at
all.
Not
their
fault
either.
They
may
have
been
chemically
poisoned.

this

also
the

that
caused
his

Parkinsons
and
joint
ailments.
