| I've noticed a couple of post here in which moms
are told ... you were not in Nam, and therefore if your child has
birth defects, you and your child are not eligible for disability
compensation. Where do they come up with that? It takes a man and a woman to have a child. Men have reproductive systems, too? End of Sept this year I was in Wash DC and met a Vietnam vet who was a Chief of Special Forces. He told me that they found that the gun cleaning solvent caused birth defects, and thus they did not allow women to clean the guns.
