Memory loss, numbness, depression and concern it may be a brain tumor

I've feeling increasingly confused over the last few months, I have a terrible time making decisions and I'm constantly using the wrong word - when I mean to say "Take out the garbage" I'll say "Take out the laundry".  I do this a few times a day.  I've been forgetting appointments and things I need to do, but most concerning, I bought 2 of the same gift for my daughter for Christmas, 3 of the same shirt at the same store in the past month (and didn't know until I put it in the closet) and just yesterday I found out I ordered exactly the same toy online one night and then ordered it somewhere else the next morning and yet I had NO memory whatsoever of making TWO orders - though given further thought I did remember each order but have no idea why I would have ordered it twice!  My vision (I have a vision problem with blurriness since birth) got much worse a few months ago where one day I literally woke up and couldn't see the caller ID on my cell phone.  I also experienced a bout of depression for no apparent reason (everything was great in my life) which I self treated with St. Johns Wort and it improved within 2 weeks.  I've also had my right leg going numb on and off over the last year - it's pins and needles and I can't move it or I get electric shock like sensations.

Does this sound like symptoms of a brain tumor and if so I'd like some info. on survival and treatment.  I know there are many types of brain cancer, but just wondering if there are long term survivors.

I'm panicking right now so I'd appreciate any info anyone can provide!

I WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT I AM ALSO HAVING THOSE SAME SYMPTOMS IT STARTED WITH ME TALKING TO MY FRIEND "THIS WAS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO" AND I WAS SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT WORDS TO SAY STARTED USING THE WRONG WORDS ECT SHORT TERM MEMORY SEEMS TO BE GONE I HAVE TO TRY REALLY HARD TO REMEMBER CERTAIN EVENTS LIKE YOU BUYING THE SWEATER THREE TIMES AND WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT I CAN REMEMBER BUT I AM AFRAID ONE OF THESE DAYS I WON'T.

I AM ALSO LIKE YOU EXPERIENCING EYE PAIN THIS STARTED SEVEN MONTHS AGO AS WELL WHEN THE MEMORY LOSS BEGAN I DO HAVE ANXIETY AND TAKE ADDERALL FOR ATTENTION ISSUES AND AT ONE POINT YEARS AGO DID EXPERIENCE SOMETHING SIMILAR I GUESS I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU BECAUSE THOSE ARE MY SYMPTOMS AND I HAVE BEEN FEELING SO ALONE AND AFRAID. IT DOES SOUND LIKE ALZHEIMER'S BUT IM ONLY 29 AND I DON'T DO WEIRD THINGS LIKE ALZHEIMER'S PEOPLE DO FORGET WHERE THE SILVERWARE IS ETC BUT DECISION MAKING IS BECOMING HARD

ALL of the things you mention are what exposure to BUTYL would do. (Most common form is as 2-butoxyethanol) You will see these symptoms in variations as part of the symptoms of CFIDS, CFS, FM, gulf war syndrome, Vietnam vets' too.

Do you recall a flu, or ongoing congestions ...sniffles ... diarrhea?

What was going on EXACTLY at that moment that was different than before?

You can get effects prior to conception as it is a teratogen chemical; you can get your own direct exposures (I suspect there is something that is given to new moms to cause HELLP syndrome ... & these symptoms following) AND if you get around someone poisoned by it, you can get the molecules from their respiration in your eyes.

AVOID this chemical or what ails you gets worse and worse

Ask the doctor to look at the red blood cells and see if there is blood in urine. I suspect you also have FATIGUE? although you didn't mention it

Anemia that isn't often found for this chemical exposure is Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia AIHA or Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. Very high white blood cell counts can be an anemia sign, too ... not just infection or lymphoma.

Reason I suspect it isn't found for these groups, is because it has multiple medical issues going on at the same time, and it hides out.

I can't share web pages I write on the public forum ....

But consider this info

As your doctor what to do for a system going 'autoimmune'

and look into glycobiology for help

A good doctor at Alaska Regional that understands this anemia is

Dr. Verneeda Spencer, Alaska Oncology & Hematology, Anchorage, AK 99508 - Now not there?
