& help ... whole blood cell transfusion ... for fatigue/ seizures from lack of oxygen
& gamma globulin ... ?

The red blood cells would be bolstered if doctors would consider a whole blood cell transfusion / live donor beside for transfusion (I don't think hospitals have whole blood).

Then if they would consider the help of gamma globulin ... &/or Rituxan.

If having 'the chills' in addition to rapid heart beat and shortness of breath, it would most probably be clues to the anemia/FATIGUE: AIHA or IMHA
