Parking Guidelines

115 Foraker & 125 Foraker

  Each apartment may have two vehicles (truck or auto) parked in the FRONT only at designated parking spaces (as numbered at outside electrical plug-ins), but NO trailers, RVs of any kind, storage vans, boats or snow machines (except as stored in truck) on the premises. 
  This allows for greater ease of parking, dumpster & emergency access, grounds maintenance and snow removal.
  Front doors of each building must not be blocked by any vehicle due to possible emergency medical/ fire access & as needed for loading & unloading.
  On limited occasions end of summer, Lessor may preapprove a boat for day renters who pay $15/day for the privilege
