Horrible Fatigue?       Cause Unknown?

If you have blood in urine (or long after the fatigue started..., an abnormal peripheral blood smear)

& too many immature red blood cells,

consider 2-butoxyethanol poisoning.

Abnormal blood sugar, blood pressure, glandular, liver, kidney & nervous system function possible, too.

Check for autoimmune hemolytic anemia.  www.valdezlink.com/why_fatigue.htm

Pending study on Chronic Fatigue.

There is a type of anemia, hemolytic anemia, that is cause from this chemical.  It is in many cleaning and degreaser products used extensively in the USA over the last 50 years; part of the symptoms, per YAHOO definition is

Chills
Fatigue
Pale color
Shortness of breath
Rapid heart rate

Yellow skin color (jaundice)
Dark urine (indicative of blood in urine - never dismiss this! Stop exposure immediately!)
Enlarged spleen

AND, then it targets the kidneys and liver and there is
Central Nervous System  damage showing up sometimes as:
Loose your temper easily?
Short term memory loss
Difficulty concentrating
Personality changes to 'grumpy' - Extreme Irritability
All-the-time Depression

This fatigue doesn’t show up in the regular blood work, as expected & when there are too many immature red blood cells, other tests, such as WBC and liver … will not be accurate
