Dear President Bush,

 

I want to thank you for having the Pentagon 

admit for the first time ever, about 2 years ago,

that military were harmed in the 1960's by the bomb testing & nuclear fall out...

and they are being given medical help, now.

 

So many people think that a Republican Administration

doesn't care about the environment and related health issues. 

I believe that you are an honest administration;

don't get side-tracked with those who like to throw stones.

 

I believe in growth and industry; 

however, the chemical industry 

doesn't seem to 

care about life, 

as you do.

 

Although our oil industry seems "in control,"

I believe when you realize the harm 2-butoxyethanol caused

 (& EPA allowed then & to the present)

with the chemicals of the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup,

you will again require them to be accountable.

 

In these days of Enron and World.com, 

the public agrees with you

that might doesn't make right.  

Our nation can trust in this administration.

You will do what is right when the truth comes out.

 

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

May no more lives of 

homemakers, 

workers, 

and the military, either, 

be harmed by 2-butoxyethanol,

too strong in many, many products!  

Symptoms are the package of those 

such as in Gulf War Syndrome, too.

 

I'm counting on our administration setting these things aright.

 

... and for the Medical Profession to study chemical poisoning ... 

in order to give an accurate diagnosis and find an effective treatment.  

... that we will not harm more and more people,

which will be the case, if we do nothing.
