How prevalent is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CFIDS?

I looked into the harm of the 'gulf war syndrome vet' ... and what they shared looked like what had happened to the unnoticed Exxon Valdez oil spill workers.  When I saw the list of gulf war syndrome symptoms in 2003 ... I had already been looking into the harm of 2-butoxyethanol that was in the EVOS 'bioremediation' chemical at 12% strength

My first impression:

"I recognize these symptoms!"

Not until a few months later did I find it on the list of solvents and pesticides the gulf war troops were exposed to.  I have checked into the other things that could have been harmful to these vets ... I've looked into dioxin for the Vietnam vets ...  It is not  a 'match' for all that ails them.  The best MATCH is the other chemical that was hiding out:  2-butoxyethanol.

Why I looked into 2-butoxyethanol in the first place ?  Someone in my family was harmed by it during the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup.

However, because this chemical is in such prevalent use down through the decades, and causes such an assorted, seemingly unrelated list of harm ... it doesn't get blamed for anything.  How, then can we stop others, even our babies, from being harmed by it?

What does 2-butoxyethanol do ?

I have spent an inordinate amount of time on this for 4 years.

I find that there is hope in using glyconutrients for these

I am hoping and believing that someone of influence will notice this chemical.

Thank you for checking into it.

the only chemical exposure that is the same for gulf war vets and Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers ... is 2-butoxyethanol.
