a terrible cough - doctors did not know what it was

"a terrible cough that the doctors did not know what it was"

This may be a sign of too much of some kind of chemical poisoning or overexposure

How does your body 'complain' about too much of some chemical?

I suspect in this man's case ... that all the time the cough was going on ... he could have been getting a chemical exposure that led to an end health result of CNS Lymphoma (The kind of thing that 2-butoxyethanol could cause)

... whereas if he could have 'pinpointed' the source of exposure, and stopped it, he may have never gotten to this extreme health concern of CNS Lymphoma

Notice in this man's case that something else gets the blame for the cough: cell phones? stress?

My dad passed away from CNS lymphoma in the brain. do you know anything that could have caused this. i am begging for information.

thanks

Nikos
I am so sorry for your loss
I have learned a lot about a chemical exposure that would cause such
What was your dad doing when this cough started?

My dad worked in a candy factory for 20 + years. He also had a virus based pneumonia (lung disease) when the cough started some 10+ years ago and he always coughed for 6 weeks when he got a cold. can you help me know what caused it?

Nikos
I did a web page on ... "what were you doing when you started 'sniffling'?

The 'cold' might itself be another way a person's body 'complains' about too much of some kind of chemical.

Did he change jobs at the candy factory? In this assembly line business, whatever job a person did, they would likely do over and over again. What jobs kept the machinery functioning well? What did they use to clean with?

He started working at the warehouse in his 20s. He the progressed slowly into office word throughout his life and became the CEO. He was alwyas heavely around the factory though were the candy was made, he walked around there at least 5 hours a day. He's father and father's brothers who founded the place both became old one 83 and his dad 92 and his mom is still alive at 91. Do you know anyone with both parents getting over 91? I didnt think so! My dad got sick when he was 58 and was bedridden for one entire year, and died at 59. WE cannot begin to explaiin seeing what he had to go through has done to us. Anyway if you can explain anything why became ill, iits a Godsend! I dont know much about chemicals, but no one else of 80 workers have gotten cancer. Might it be cell phones? The doctors denied it had anything to do with the cough, but i'll tell you my mom and i know that the cancer was involved with the cough one way or the other. Please get back to me.

Nikos
... now that you share he walked everywhere ...

I would think back if he commented on his eyes burning and hurting ...
What did the factory use to clean the equipment and to keep the machinery operating well?

and I would get the copy of his blood tests and see if the red blood cells were dropping in their counts over time. Maybe still in normal range, but not normal for him. Did the urinalysis show any blood in urine? www.valdezlink.com/psa.htm

Problem is that they don't check enough to find the harm of this chemical ... that's why they say they don't know what the fatigue is in CFS www.valdezlink.com/cfid_share.htm

In that case, what jobs have the highest turnover? Some workers came and went, but your dad was there all the time. Also, what hobbies did he have? Did he paint cars in his spare time ... starting about when the 'cough' started?

He worked for such long hours when he came home he wanted to merely be with his family. We used to travel quite a lot. We live in Finland, so we used to travel to the states quite a lot.  Are you a doctor by the way? What do you know of brain lymphoma? I've been told it's as uncommon as only a few people in a million. Those are lottery odds. I cannot believe it.
No, I am not any kind of medical person,
but I was stumped at how this chemical could harm people, and not have it found out by the basic tests doctors do.

I've had help from a lot of people who are chemists, biologists & even some doctors

My oldest son was on the bioremediation job of the oil spill for 89 & 90  He is fortunate to still be alive, but he is not well

As to rare ...? I suspect things that are said to be rare are more common than the medical field realizes

How many people die & the true diagnosis is not known?

How many people die of one of the other odd assortment of things ... and something else gets the 'credit?'

Did you build a house or did he work on any home improvement projects?

Did he do water activities? walk on beach?

Finland would have a lot of beaches ...

& I would have concern about some of the chemicals Scotland puts in the water for practicing oil spill cleanup - drills etc
