2-butoxyethanol overexposure LOOKS LIKE the FLU

This is what an acute exposure to this chemical would be like:

12-19-03 Daughter:  "Yes, I remember all to well when my eyes started burning like there was hot pokers in them. It coincided with a VERY nasty stomach bug...vomiting, the runs...it was miserable.  My urine turned black, like coffee.
  • What did President Eisenhower's doctors call 'the runs?'

         (what we call diarrhea)

  • an immediate explosive evacuation of the intestines

  • What else did he have?  Crohn’s disease  *

  • Heart issues

The day I got sick I had been rolling around in a very nasty store cleaning up the mess. (box account in Sugar Land, TX) That night I was so sick...took me 2 days to get the energy up to drag myself to the doctor's office & threw up all over it for him to tell me I had the flu."

Margaret:  "These 'flu' like symptoms are also the signs of having too much chemical exposure of some kind.  Now, what were you using to clean up?"

(Shares her mother, "She has many of the symptoms you are talking about.  The doctors don't know what's wrong.  She has been diagnosed with kidney failure and a lot of other scary things.  She is 31 and expected to die.)

Kidney & liver & glandular damage ... part of what 2-butoxyethanol would do

Here is another Navy man's comments - 'Cisero'  He is describing things like the symptoms of 2-butoxyethanol poisoning.  He says he wasn't in the Gulf War during the right time period.
Who would have thought - That in looking for the chemical of harm to the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers, we would find a cause of 'Gulf War
Syndrome?'
The military can answer what the KNOWN exposures to

The National Academy of Sciences, in their 2003 book,
Gulf War and Health Vol 2, p. 612,
the page on Insecticides and Solvents

They do list them as solvent exposures For Gulf War Troops  *

A chemical exposure that is the same for EVOS & Gulf war vets

After oil, which does not seem to be a primary cause of harm for most EVOS workers OR 'gulf war syndrome' vets ... though it is harmful....

the only chemical exposure that is the same for gulf war vets and Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers ... is 2-butoxyethanol.

A N D   Those with CFIDS also 'look like' these
ALS  may be caused by this commonly used cleaning - degreaser chemical

Now, keep in mind that if someone is affected by 2-butoxyethanol, they won't have just ONE thing wrong ... and keep in mind that the researchers KNOW what this chemical does. The missing link is for people and their doctors to recognize its 'flu'

For those who are interested, have them check for blood in urine, and for the 'retic rate' at 2.5 days after the flu starts up

Wouldn't it be something if all this century it has been a chemically induced flu? ... not from a virus, as is commonly thought?

There is a FLU that's not the flu

AND you are not dealing with an environmental issue, but an everybody at every age issue    e-mail

I suspect 2-butoxyethanol exposures through the decades

for the epidemic of obesity, diabetes, NHL, heart concerns, etc

What do you suspect?

It is said, 'doctors do not know what the fatigue' of CFIDS is?

What do you suspect?

This is what I think
