Yes, hormonal - Develop good health habits

I was wondering about that one day, and asked some very wise moms, who had raised their children:
Quote:
Says one mom: "None of us have had severe acne, but I have always thought that hormones cause it. I know girls that went on birth control pill and their acne cleared up." Dolores
Quote:
"My son had an excellent dermatologist. He changed his eating habits; reduced stress, as I recall, and his acne cleared up." Helen
Teens, you don't have to take medicine for every ailment.
You could end up with worse problems than you started with ...

You can do a lot to help yourself by good habits of living...
  • Eat right: Fresh vegetables and fruits!
  • Eat nothing fried!
  • (Skip the pop... especially diet pop, too)
  • Drink your 8 glasses of water a day ...
  • All things in moderation is a good motto!
  • Be sure your bowels are open & properly eliminating toxins
  • Avoid all stress.
  • Find a good church. "God will supply all our needs in Christ Jesus," says the Bible. That covers wellness of life, too!
  • Have the nerve... the Guts... to say no to prescription drugs with the side effects of something like Accutane. Don't give the drug companies power over you!
