I have an e-mail friend who has followed my study of 2-butoxyethanol, and he commented, "Don't give up; you are on to something"  Now, he was sharing his concern about blood sugar increasing and he's been on the highest allowable dosage of glucophage - 1800mg per day.  I told him I quit taking mine after 1/2 dosage of the lowest amount, because it didn't make sense to me to get your blood sugar down when that is not the primary culprit; I see diabetes as a secondary ailment of 2-butoxyethanol poisoning somewhere in the family line ... or direct exposure (The glucophage, in part, prevents the liver from converting the food we eat into glucose for energy)

So, how many with autoimmune issues also have diabetes or parents who had diabetes?

Hormones can be off ... so I shared with him:

Does the pancreas wear out with type 2 Diabetes?  So that eventually they have to take insulin shots?  "Oh, it's from overeating & that's why," someone thought.

I don't think that is what is going on.  The immune system does not let us utilize the insulin that is there for us... appropriately.  there is some autoimmunity going on ... So the pancreas is making more and more.  The immune system is working more and more against us.

The thing with the 8 sugars we need ... is that the cell-to-cell communication gets itself worked out;  I suspect that means the autoimmunity for this and lots of other possible things gets a righted.  and the body heals itself
