Doctors say they do not know what the fatigue is of CFS, FM, CFIDS

I have no medical background,
however, the chemical I suspect for the Fatigue Syndromes is
 
It causes hemolytic anemia from the info on the Material Safety Data Sheet
(Autoimmune?)  AIHA or IMHA
 
 C6H14O2/CH3(CH2)2CH2OCH2CH2OH 
           Poison!

What does it do?  Causes eye irritation. Affects Central Nervous System, Blood and Blood-forming Organs;  Kidneys, Liver & Lymphoid System  Defats the skin


EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE: 
The substance irritates the eyes, the skin, and the respiratory tract
Exposure could cause central nervous system depression and liver and kidney damage.
 
EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
The liquid defats the skin.  
The substance may have effects on the haematopoietic system , resulting in blood disorders.

Medical Surveillance:
Consider the points of attack (liver, kidneys, lymphoid system, skin, blood, eyes, respiratory system) in placement and periodic physical examinations.

2-Butoxyethanol causes acute hemolytic anemia in rats
In F344 male rats, 2-butoxyethanol causes severe acute hemolytic anemia resulting in significant increase in the concentration of free plasma hemoglobin. Secondary to the hemolytic effects, 2-butoxyethanol also caused hemoglobinuria as well as histopathologic changes in the liver and kidney.
*Notes to Physician: Administration of Sodium bicarbonate may be of value to treat acidosis. 
Monitor kidney and liver function and arterial blood gases closely.

Chills (advance fatigue)
Fatigue 
Pale color 
Shortness of breath (advance fatigue)
Rapid heart rate 
Yellow skin color (jaundice) 
Dark urine (indicative of blood in urine - never dismiss this! Stop exposure immediately!)
Enlarged spleen

It is in many, many products and the public is not suspecting the serious harm it can cause Diabetes, NHL & many cancers and birth defects are off the chart
Researchers & scientists are stumped

I noticed what looked like this chemical's pattern Dec, 1997 after Howard P. came down with a week of flu-like symptoms.  He was diagnosed with leukemia of the lymph nodes, kidney failure, liver failure; heart issues (not there 3 months prior), high blood pressure, rapid heart beat, swollen organs/glands and continuously horrible headaches.  He died in the same month, of what looked to me like 2-butoxyethanol poisoning.  What was he doing when the flu-like symptoms started up?  That is the question.

Even if someone has died, I believe their medical information can still point out the pattern of this chemical's harm.  Tumors anywhere ESPECIALLY brain tumors, too.  Not that it starts somewhere else first; this chemical targets multiple body systems, organs and glands.
