Can anyone Read Blood Tests ?
|
Well I've been trying to figure out why people who have been exposed to 2-butoxyethanol seem to have normal blood readings ... but the info on this chemical says it causes hemolytic anemia. I suspect autoimmune hemolytic anemia. But blood info looks mostly OK for years and years. Or for those with too much exposure early on ... docs will just say someone has a low red blood cell anemia (when RBC count is low). I did see a man diagnosed with this condition (AIHA) with exposure 'to something' in ONE DAY. Also, I have seen sudden onset diabetes after flu symptoms (Or 50 years later ... from our WWII parents who got the bomb fumes in their eyes ... and it's a 'late to show up' birth defect' I think that people have to LOOK at the red blood cells. Maybe they are more immature than is realized, and they are not utilizing the oxygen that is there ... and white blood counts and liver counts won't be accurate unless done manually.
Early on immune system should be overactive; and I think over time it just wears out. Diabetes can be part of the glandular imbalance that starts up. I think there will be more wrong that just the autoimmune hemolytic anemia going on, too, if 2-butoxyethanol is the source of harm. Look at the list of CFIDS, CFS, FM symptoms I think this is the fatigue of CFIDS ... and the chemical that causes 'gulf war syndrome' Many who served in WWII, Vietnam War, Korean war could have too much exposure, too. So we have to look at the same info in a new light. Also what you have to check varies from date of exposure ... throughout time. Maybe the blood in urine diminishes over time ... but peripheral blood test will be abnormal. I don't have any medical background ... But I want to know what 2-butoxyethanol does. I worked up a little chart for men ... and for women, to help keep track of your blood info ... and see what changes. What is normal for YOU in your RBC count, etc. And some more 'wonderings' that I have - Some thoughts of what to take note of in blood tests Would someone ask VP Dick Cheney's doctors to check for this? |
