Baby Wipes - Some brands are better than others

... turns out Pampers has butyl alcohol and PEG (polyethylene glycol) in complex formula  #16, etc ... not a good choice, either.  I think Huggies looks like the best choice per reading the ingredients 3-20-07

 

When watching my two grandchildren last month, sister sat next to me and baby & started using a Kirkland baby wipe to wash off baby brother's face.  I said, "No, do not get those close to baby's eyes." It is OK, grandma. "No," sister, "it is NOT OK" So sister sat next to us & used the Kirkland baby wipe to wash down her legs. In no time, baby brother started farting ... 5-6 times and when I changed his diaper after that there was some diarrhea. I reported this to the mom, who replied, "Next time you're here why don't you look up what is in them, then? So, I did

I just thought I'd tell you that the Kirland wipes have lots of chemicals in them    (The ones sister was using on Sun PM) Propylene glycol, PEG-75 lanolin,   PEG stands for poly ethylene glycol IODOpropynylbutylcarbamate and a lot of others www.costco.com Kirkland Baby Wipes Are not as good as the Pampers  * choice: www.pampers.com Contains no ethanol or rubbing alcohol per info on the respective products I would suggest not using the Kirkland brand, and if you do - Do NOT to use them for face wipes or allow the chemicals to evaporate into the room Dispose of in sealed containers   Baby wipes at Safeway look like they have the same added chemicals as Kirkland Baby Wipes:  "Soft wipes with aloe"  -  Baby wipes   What does ethylene glycol monobutyl ether cause?  EGBE causes

So often you hear of little children battling cancer, leukemias, brain tumors, having developmental disabilities.  So sad.  So very sad!

I would avoid giving a child the flu shot, especially if they were a child of low birth weight or some premature ... or ever had a bad reaction to any shot. Vaccinations

Autism Autism is at epidemic proportions today:  1 in 166 children born will have some kind of Autism.  Ever see a child sort of spaced out ... not responding to you.  Could be borderline for Autism.  Be very careful not to expose this child to any unnecessary shots or cleaning chemicals. 

Many times parents report that Autism showed up in their child after getting the flu shot

(I think it was just one chemical too much)  I suspect 2-butoxythanol exposure for the autoimmune metabolic disorders that go with Autism, diabetes, learning disabilities, etc

Help your child by protecting them from any and all chemicals - Even cold medicines

If you notice moisture under their nose, it could be what the worst chemical does:  loosening of the sinuses (not a cold as is generally thought)  Avoid taking children to daycare unless you know they will not be exposing your child to the harmful cleaning components.  Take all 'sniffles' and diarrhea and 'watering eyes' to very sick as possible exposure to 2-butoxyethanol.  Rule of Thumb

Diarrhea? Would be in 3 minutes after exposure to the ethylene glycol monobutly ether type chemical for those who are especially vulnerable (If it is the chemical I talk about) Eisenhower had it (I have it) It is a way someone 'complains' about any more of this type of chemical.

It is unsafe in many cleaning products, it is in jet juels, paint, even gun cleaning compounds.  Be careful who you allow into your home & who is OK to hold your baby. 2nd Hand  -  another 2nd hand
