I have a thought for you. It could be that someone has too much mercury or other chemical and that researchers think that is the primary cause of harm. BUT I suggest that there could also be another chemical 'hiding out' that is the real cause of harm

Lots of other things get blamed for what 2-butoxyethanol does

I think we should have our researchers look for the similarities in the harm to:

the WWII vets and their children;
the Vietnam Vets and their children;
the Korean Vets and their children;
the 'gulf war syndrome' vets and their children;
the Somalia Vets and their children;
the today's military and their children

AND the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers AND their children
They have KNOWN exposure to 2-butoxyethanol

AND THEY are a valuable asset to medical science

Did you know that John Wayne, who served in WWII died of stomach cancer and his son Michael died of an autoimmune disease, Lupus?

Other actors who served in WWII

Anyone have any more info on these?

Look at soft tissue sarcomas as a group & they're not all that rare

Same for the leukodystraphies
