Are there CFS Symptoms in the Family Line?
I suspect a common cleaning degreaser chemical from the early 1900s especially WWII days as being the primary cause of CFS, CFIDS, FM.  Bomb fumes in eyes would be an exposure, I believe.  I suspect that had Bob Dole not been taken out of the war from is injuries ... he wouldn't have survived as long as he has.

I wonder whether Richard Prior (died 12-9-05 at the age of 65) ... had these?  He was diagnosed with MS in 1986 ... and I suspect that this is one of the autoimmune things that 2-butoxyethanol could cause.

I think that the reason 2-butoxyethanol should be seriously considered for many cancers and birth defects is because it is rampant in our society.  Many health ailments have become epidemic in proportion:  50% increase in NHL for instance in last 40 years ... therefore it isn't hereditary alone; diabetes, high bad cholesterol, many autoimmune issues, especially metabolic issues such as ALD, AMN, Autism, Leukodystrophies, soft tissue sarcomas, hemangiomas on and on. (Neuroblastoma?)
 
This is the short list of how to recognize its pattern:
 

We're trying to find the blood damage (fatigue)

  • Chills  8
  • Fatigue
  • Pale color
  • Shortness of breath
  • Rapid heart rate 
  • Yellow skin color (jaundice)
  • Dark urine (indicative of blood in urine - never dismiss this! Stop exposure immediately!)
  • Red blood cells that are small-sized, fragility of membranes, etc
  • Enlarged spleen  

These are symptoms of hemolytic anemia - what this chemical is said to cause.
