I was wondering if 'Gulf
War Syndrome' vets feel anything is really helping?
I try to find helps for those exposed to 2-butoxyethanol; but
it's not too hopeful. The blood damage appears to be
immediate. There is some research that indicates once
the source of exposure is withdrawn, the damage stops.
That would be true to some degree; however, the unknown is,
how much TOTAL exposure can humans take before the long term
effects 'kick in?' 2-butoxyethanol effects bioaccumulate
Do 'rats' in medical experiments live long enough to test
this? You already have thousands of people
overexposed. Test them!
Some of the 'helps' are
nothing but more experimenting. I hear comments from those
affected, & doctors don't know what to do;
I did read about a
trial going on recently, maybe now; of Gulf War Vets; but
since they don't really know, either, what is causing harm;
they don't know for sure whether what they're doing is helping
the 'for real' test group, do they?
