You should get some feedback & helps from our area, as I have passed your request & most recent questions on to them.
As far as I know, Corexit is only approved for use in the USA on a limited basis. Exxon is probably trying to show something that allows them more freedom of use in the USA
The oil is still in the water, just pushed lower down in the water column
Most people seem to think it is best to let nature & winter storms disperse the oil; doing booming and skimming up the oil is better help than adding chemicals.
Now, when your people go to pick up the boom, will it be mixed with chemicals on it?
You can't count on their telling you everything you need to know in the information they provide on the product. Don't believe what anyone says - who has a vested interest & who will earn money from the product's 'apparent success'

I would keep a look out for 'burning' eyes... & maybe suggest people wear goggles. Misting exposure of the 2-butoxyethanol is the worst exposure.
I would also notice if anyone is coming down with lungs filling up with fluid. There were problems with that in our area, 1989. One lady lived; I can ask her how she was helped. One fisherman, Curt Barclay, who had an easy job of 'shuttling' supplies was found dead with his lungs full of fluid. That could be from ethylene oxide.
It didn't do any good to wash birds that were oiled; it was a public relations move, most likely. It wasn't worth the cost in human exposure to oil and cleaning compounds

As to the marine life; As they show up later, maybe scientists can check for hemolytic anemia vs aplastic anemia to see whether it was oil or chemicals that caused their death
If they are bleeding through their scales, can't swim straight, and don't have a bladder system... then I would suspect the chemicals. Maybe next generation with 2 headed fish and fish with bent backs, etc.
