Inipol EAP 22 is insoluble


People think it is biodegradable... could it be?  One or 2 ingredients are said to be, by Exxon's top scientist, "but until so, it is harmful to mammals," says Roger Prince.  

... Less so in colder temperatures?  

... even ceasing at near 4 degrees C

When the old inipol formula was revamped...7-28-89,

inipol EAP 22 was an Exxon-owned product with MSDS by Exxon
