Who Knows What Experiments Exxon Carried Out
During the summer
of 1989!
Dear Dr. Hugh Cartwright
I saw a video of Corexit of 8-1-89 which would be the version they started
with... containing ethylene oxide...
dropped into the oilled waters of Prince William Sound by airplane.
So, what was happening really?
& this was dumped in it? (I think the experiments weren't shared
with the public... & results must have been not so great to switch to the
same stuff Inipol EAP 22 had)
Anyway, I think it doesn't do any good; but they will at least say it is
a surfactant, dispersing the oil... just guessing
