... 'gulf war syndrome'
vet ... always had a fever after his service in the
first gulf war |
My fiancée was with a unit in
the Army, which were some of the first into Iraq.
Approx. 75% of the rest of his unit have died of
Leukemia. His temperature is a steady 101.5 degrees and
has been since his tour in Iraq. He now gets blood
transfusions and other treatments. The VA hospital
doctors say his organs are failing as a result of his
elevated temperature.
Does anyone else have these problems? The doctors say it
is a death sentence, but I am looking anywhere and
everywhere I can to find alternative treatments. Please
reply if you have any information of ANY KIND. I would
be very appreciative. Thanks. February, 2008 |
