Exxon Appeal

Exxon's Appeal argument is seriously flawed.

The money used to cleanup the oil spill (3 + billion) was not all spent or paid out to others; they brought in the chemicals, owned the product, and bought it from themselves

Exxon must continue to have a chemical branch of their company today.

But worse, they POISONED the environment with Inipol EAP 22 & Corexit
No bugs eating oil .... 'Spray 'n Washing' the beaches with a poison, neurotoxin

Hurting our environment worse than the OIL
and the PEOPLE, too

Damages should be TRIPLE the original award of 5 billion dollars

No one should blame them for the accidental spilling of oil

We never should have banned the Exxon Valdez.  It was not the ship's fault

HOWEVER, what happened during cleanup was no accident, and that is where the true culpability lies.
The money (3.4 billion) to clean up the spill was not all spent on others.  They brought in the chemicals, owned the product, and bought if from themselves.  But worse, they POISONED the environment. Not bugs eating oil ... 'Spray 'n Washing' the beaches with a poison, neurotoxin:  Hurting our environment worse than the OIL and the PEOPLE, too

Never you mind that they first three days after the spill, the weather was calm, and ideal for sucking up the oil (Unit in for repair).  Next they could have burned the oil; and now I strongly suspect they wish they had done one or the other.

2-butoxyethanol should be banned by Congress

Ask if 'gulf war vets' and EVOS workers have CFIDS & the fatigue of AIHA?

Help your doctor know what you are dealing with -
give them more info & ask them to check more things www.valdezlink.com/re/diagnosisandhelp.htm

This is a right now problem, not one of 18 + years ago Exxon laughs ... how do you know this hurt you?  This product is in everyday cleaning products

And it is ... & no safer
