Ten year commemorative of the Exxon Valdez Oil spill . Chugach Alutiiq style . One of a kind mask that will be traveling the country as part of the "Looking Both Ways exhibit by the Alutiiq Museum and the Smithsonian This jumped out at me as showing the sometimes calamitous incidents our lives that happen occasionally . From out of the blue, it changes everything. This exhibit will be starting this fall. The mask will be sold after the tour. it is 28 " high. It has inlays of dyed mother of pearl and bone.
