NOTE:  In looking at the medical records since 1989, there is only very little indication that exposure to chemical of that day harmed this worker.  In the month he died, however, there is strong indication that he was exposed to 2-butoxyethanol.  He had swollen organs/glands; he had subnormal body temp ... many clues to exposure in that month ... to this chemical ... causing his death, December, 1997.  added  3-13-07
