Groups' Cancellation Policy for 2008
Price for
whole house
blessinghouse.com
up to 10 people is $500 per day plus 6% bed tax
Add on
people above 10 would be at $15/day/person;
however is discouraged since the house is 'full'
at 10 people total
Consider a vacation rental
if you need more rooms
For the whole
house 2 day stay, we would need a 7 day cancel
policy, as people do not book on short notice,
and otherwise the house would not likely be
re-rented. If the house is rented, there would
be no cancellation fee, otherwise the fee would
be $25/room or $125/day if cancelled less than 7
days in advance.
Groups do need
to prepay 30% non-refundable deposit either by
credit card or mailing of a personal check or
cashier's check 60 days in advance (summer
deposit)
Deposit for off
season groups, several rooms and several days
would be a 20% non refundable deposit. Off
season rate for the whole house is $350 per day
and does not include continental breakfast.
